Baroness Patricia Janet
Scotland was announced the new Secretary-General this afternoon at the
2015 Commonwealth Heads Of Government Meeting holding in Malta. She will be the
first woman to hold the office. She is a British Barrister and Jurist and has served
in many ministerial positions within the UK Government. Her Wikipedia profile
