Just less than a week after the sudden death of two Nollywood actors Lugard Onoyemu and Collins Ifeanyi Chukwu, Nollywood has been hit with another death and this time it is our veteran Justus Esiri! The Member of the Order of the Niger (MON), famous for his role as the Village Headmaster in popular 80's sitcom of the same name, passed on last night at age 71.

Justus Esiri has featured in several Nollywood movies and is the father of Mavin artist, Dr Sid. We'll update you as we get the details on the cause of his death! May his soul Rest In Peace!
