From an eyewitness account, the accident occurred as a result of over-speeding and unnecessary contest on the highway by these heavy duty trucks, which led to the explosion of the fuel tanker. This happened around 1:15pm along the Benin-Ore expressway. The firefighters were no where to be found. So sad!
