A Court of Appeal
sitting in Makurdi, Benue State has nullified the election of former senate
president, David Mark who currently represents Benue South in the Senate. The
Makurdi division of the Court of Appeal in its judgment on Saturday morning,
ordered a re-run of the poll within 90 days.
